I dealt with a gentleman named Tom who was courteous and prompt. He took the time to properly evaluate the problem, explained it to me and suggested options for a course of action. I felt he was very thorough. He's definitely my go-to guy in the future.

Tom was very prompt and professional. He arrived when he said he would, evaluated our situation, and gave us a very fair price. Could not have imagined a better professional or a better man. Kind, courteous and the model professional. My girlfriend and I were at our wits end with bed bugs. I came across Tom Surace on thumbtack and could not have been happier. Tom arrived when he said he would, he carried out a thorough examination of the room and before he went ahead with treating the area he made sure to let us know the price of the treatment and if we were ok with him to go ahead with it. In my experience most people will just go ahead without asking and then tell you how much you owe them. Have not had a single problem since Tom carried out the treatment, which was done with all natural products with no odor and no leave behind stains. Very very reasonable rates too. I cannot give Tom enough credit. Hire him!

As of today, I have to say I am very satisfied with manner in which the service was provided. All my questions were answered quickly nd efficiently. The apartment was exterminated within 24 hours of first contacting the exterminator. I received a follow up email within a couple of the job being performed. I am very happy with the service so far. And would recommend anyone to hire their service. I will do a follow up review in a couple of weeks.
